Upload a course

View an uploaded course

Once uploaded the course will be available for viewing by the owner once logged in.

1. Go to the web page http://www.strides.co.nz/course_plans.php.
   
   
2. Login using you email address and password.
   
   
3. A list of courses for your private viewing should now appear. Click on the course you want to view or edit.
   
   
4. Once your course is showing, you may choose to edit it or to make it available for public viewing, by clicking on the Edit Course link.
