About Strides Exercises

What is a jump exercise? A jump exercise can consist of one jump or many jumps that are set up to improve your horse's ability to jump a course in your chosen discipline. Exercises can be jumped over poles, a continuous repetitive exercise, related lines, grids or even a practice course. Exercises can also even be a mix of some or all of the above.
