Strides exercises is a library of various jumping exercises you can do on your horse.
Displayed is a setup of exercises depending on the jumping exercise you have selected.
It has directions how do each exercise and an option to read a full for knowledge and understanding. To view the full report, press on the "read more" button.
There is also a video demonstrating each exercise and how they are to be performed.
How do you know which exercises best suits you and your horse at the current time? How do you search for each for the best exercise? There are three different ways you can find the ideal set up to use. Search using a keyword, select an objective or browsing through the index tree.
The first is to use the search field. Enter a one or two keywords and click the magnifying glass, then a list of exercise setups will appear. Press on the exercise group you wish to view. A search can be highly effective, but it is limited to what keywords you enter and sometimes you can get more results than needed.
Second option is to use the objectives dropdown box. Press on objectives and a set of objectives will appear. Choose the objective you wish to work on with your horse and a list of Exercises Groups will appear.
Select the exercise set up you wish to view.
Finally, you can browse through the full list of exercises available for viewing. Exercises are indexed into the following exercise types: Introduction, Pole Exercises, Grids, Continuous Exercises, Related Lines, Short Courses, Practice Courses and Other Exercises.
Press on the exercise type you wish to view and a list of exercises of this type will appear.
Some of the exercises reports contain links to other exercises coloured red in their reports. To view exercises via the link, press onto the link and this exercise will appear.
